Standard Coach-led 1-on-1’s:
- Bike fitting session
- Swim 1-on-1 session
- Run-stride analysis
- Functional movement assessment and strength training session
- On-site Lactate threshold Wattage assessment test (for setting power training zones)
- On-site Maximum Aerobic Function assessment run test
- Coach led wattage-interval “brick” session
- Transition clinic (T1 and T2)
- Coach led “how to race a pool-sprint” session
- Flexibility evaluation and stretching 1-on-1
- Coach led track workout
- $75 for an individual 60min session
- $125 for group of 2-3 for a 60min session
Phone & Consult 1-on-1’s:
- Nutritional logging and nutritional phone consultations
- Season race planning (on site or phone consult)
- $60 for an individual 60min session
Video Analysis 1-on-1’s:
- Swim stroke video analysis & assessment
- Run stride analysis, assessment, and videotaping session
- $95 for an individual session
